How Divinehope uses your details

This notice explains what personal data Divinehope collects, why, how long it is kept and how you can have it corrected or deleted, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect, and why

• Reading requests. When you send the request form, we receive your name, date, time and place of birth, the reading you want and your email or phone number. We use them only to prepare your reading and to contact you about it.
• Free tools. The Kundli, Kundli Milan and Dasha tools send the birth details you enter to our server, which calculates the result and sends it back. These details are not stored.
• Your browser. Some tools remember your entries, your city and your Nakshatra in your own browser so you do not have to type them again. They stay on your device and can be cleared from your browser at any time.

Who processes it

The website runs on Cloudflare. Reading requests are also delivered to our email through FormSubmit. Neither is allowed to use your details for anything else, and we never sell or share them.

How long we keep it

Reading requests are deleted automatically one year after they arrive, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
